Our goal is a healthy pelvic floor and a clear connection with it. This means:

Connection: You can feel your pelvic floor clearly, comfortably and pleasantly.

Vitality: Your pelvic floor is active and flexible. Without having to think about it, it activates when you need it and releases when you don't.

Calm: Your breathing works together with the movement of your pelvic floor, creating a sense of relaxation and calm throughout your body and nervous system.

Agility: You can jump quickly, easily maintain your balance and feel strong and grounded within yourself.

Groundedness: You feel stable, have a clear sense of yourself and naturally maintain an upright, effortless posture.

Well-being: You feel nourished and full, with a strong sense of life energy.

Health: You have healthy hips, a healthy lower back and spine, and move with ease and agility.

Functionality: Your pelvic floor supports your internal organs and their functions without you ever having to think about it.

Life energy: You are connected to your pleasure.

Inner strength: When pain or discomfort arises in your pelvic floor, you know how to release it.

These are the goals of this workshop.

My intention is to offer you a holistic approach in which you feel supported and calm, while the exercises are effective and their effects become clearly noticeable in your everyday life.

Why is this approach so effective?

Because it combines awareness, whole-body connection and a safe space.

Awareness

During the workshop, we will make space for one of the oldest and most natural abilities of our body: its ability to naturally move towards what feels most comfortable, pleasant and healthy for us. Every one of us has this ability. For this natural process to unfold, however, our body needs “silence” and attention directed inward. That is why we will focus on interesting observations and pleasant sensations within ourselves, allowing the body to naturally restore its inner balance.

Whole-body connection

Our body is designed to move as a whole. The more connected the entire body is, the lighter and more comfortable movement feels, and the lower the likelihood of pain and injury. Past injuries, pain, prolonged sitting, stress or inefficient movement patterns can all affect how connected our movement feels. But everyone can relearn how to connect their body and move with greater ease, comfort and safety. The lessons in this workshop are designed to help you reconnect the movements of your whole body. The lessons build on one another, and each one will give you a deeper insight into sensing and understanding yourself.

A safe space

The muscles of the pelvic floor work unconsciously most of the time, and they can therefore also reflect our inner state. When we feel safe and relaxed, the pelvic floor tends to be more flexible and more connected with the rest of the body. When that sense of safety is missing – for example, when we experience a lot of stress or pressure – there tends to be more tension in the pelvic floor and it can become harder to connect with it. For women, the pelvic floor is an especially important and unique area. It is connected with our sensitivity, life energy, femininity, pleasure and inner strength. Many women also experience occasional or persistent pain or discomfort in the pelvic floor. This is why a calm approach in which we feel safe and comfortable is especially important when working with this part of the body. In the workshop, we will create a safe space where you can explore at your own pace, while the nature of the exercises guides you towards clear and tangible results.

“I found the workshop very interesting and pedagogically well prepared. It addresses different areas: on the one hand the mind, and on the other our inner perceptions, through which I was able to access different experiences. Špela is a very attentive teacher. She talks about everything naturally and without creating any sense of shame.”
— Christiane

“The recordings are great. They are clear and easy to follow. Thank you for the wonderful, calm guidance. This approach suits me very well, and the condition of my back is at least 80% better than it was at the beginning of the workshop.”
— Anonymous

“I had a weak pelvic floor, and after just a few lessons my gynecologist was very surprised by how much my condition had improved. I can now activate the pelvic floor muscles separately from one another, contract them gently or strongly, and then completely release them. All of this has become very easy for me.”
— Kathi

“The feeling of a quiet space within me surprised me during my very first lesson. I can now maintain a much greater sense of calm in my everyday life. The way you supported us gave me a feeling of safety and trust.”
— Anonymous

“I would describe the workshop as a fascinating exploration that exceeded my expectations.”
— Marianne

“I notice an overall improvement in how I feel throughout my whole body.”

“Practicing with the recordings was great!”

What women who have taken my workshops say

About your teacher
Hi, I'm Špela

I have a degree in Kinesiology and a Master's degree in Training Therapy from the University of Vienna.

Wanting to understand movement more deeply, I studied the Feldenkrais Method in Vienna. It gave me an incredible insight into the biomechanics of how the whole body is connected, as well as into ancient Eastern approaches to movement and life. The Feldenkrais Method has had an enormous impact on the success of my clients and on my own satisfaction with my work.

Through my own experience and my work with clients, however, I noticed that even with the highly effective Feldenkrais Method, something was missing for me. I continued exploring women's approaches to Taoism and Tantra and discovered important insights for working with the pelvic floor and other deeply feminine aspects of our experience. This workshop grew out of the combination of my knowledge, experience and these different approaches.
