Feldenkrais with Špela respects your privacy. This policy explains how we process your data when using our services and was last updated in June 2020.
Welcome at Feldenkrais with Špela (“We”, “Our”, “Us”). Our mission is to make participant (“You”, “Your”) to ‘love your movement & move your limits’ through the provision of the (online) classes and/or various educational information provided when You visit this Website (www.spelablenkus.com) or software which currently exists or it will exist in the future (e.g. Zoom) (collectively, ''Services'').
If you do not agree to any of this Feldenkrais with Špela Privacy Policy (“Policy”), please do not use the Service.
We process Personal Data in connection with:

(ii) Provision of our Services (e.g. access to the video classes, billing)
1. WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT AND WHAT WE DO WITH IT
This policy applies where we are acting as a data controller with respect to the personal data of the people who visit our website and access our materials via Services provided.; in other words, where we determine the purposes and means of the processing of that personal data.
Our website has opt-in (subscription) forms which you can use to specify what kinds of materials and communications you would like to receive from us. The legal basis for any and all of your data is your consent and/or legitimate interest if required by law.
We may send you marketing communications if you have asked for information about or made purchases of our services and in each case you have not opted out of receiving marketing communications since. Invoicing
We will process information containing billing information (name, address) in order to issue an invoice. For the same purpose, we keep a list with the names of participants.

We may process information that you provide to us for the purpose of subscribing to our email notifications and/or newsletters ("notification data"). The notification data may be processed for the purposes of sending you the relevant notifications and/or newsletters.
Video classes
We provide services (online classes) via Zoom Video Communications, Inc. (a third-party provider) where we ask you to use your camera so we can supervise your movements during the classes. We record and store (Google Drive) the content of every class for the participants to be able to re-view them later. We do not use the recordings for any other purpose. Please note, that using your camera is optional. Legal basis is contract performance and your consent.
2. Retaining and deleting personal data
Personal data that we process for any purpose or purposes shall not be kept for longer than is necessary for that purpose or those purposes.
3. We do not sell your Personal Data to the Third Parties.

Your principal rights under data protection law are:
(a) the right to access; If you ask us, we will confirm whether we are processing your Personal Data and, if so, provide you with a copy of that Personal Data (along with certain other details). If you require additional copies, we may need to charge a reasonable fee.
(b) the right to rectification; If your Personal Data is inaccurate or incomplete, you are entitled to have it rectified or completed.
(c) the right to erasure;
You may ask us to delete or remove your Personal Data and we will do so in some circumstances, such as where we no longer need it (we may not delete your data when other interests outweigh your right to deletion).
