Did you already realize that you should work on your core strength to maintain a strong and flexible body and to avoid pains and aches? Maybe you feel older and slower and you need more time in the morning to get yourself together?
Is the following story familiar to you: Take off your New Year’s resolution to working on yourself this year! You start training immediately in January and are really consistent and hard-working in your training. Then an increasingly heavy muscle soreness appears, muscles feel tightened and overworked all over the place, and on top of that the old pain reappears.

The core strength was one of my most interesting and complex topics during my years of training and studying. After years of searching for a magical cure for my back pain, I finally found Feldenkrais Method that gave me the answer. The pain disappeared, while I gained strength, had better endurance, was more agile and flexible than ever before.

This is achievable if you are willing to give up the stress of everyday life for a moment and instead listen to yourself and your body's needs.
WHAT YOU NEED FOR THE CLASS:
The lesson will take place via zoom. Therefore, it is ideal if you have a computer with adjustable camera function, but cell phone with camera function will work as well.
Space on the floor where you can lie down
A mat or blanket, that it is comfortable for you to lie on,
Warm and comfortable clothing. When you relax, you often get cold, so you can also prepare extra socks and a sweater,
A small cushion or towel that you can roll in a way to support your head comfortably, while you lie on your back or side.
PLACE AND TIME
The workshop takes place every week from January 11, 2021 to March 5, 2021. You can participate in live lesson on one of underneath listed sessions or listen to audios that will be available after the session online.
