HOW ABOUT YOUR FEET?

Were you sometimes not able to tell what you were doing that made it so …. painful again, but your foot, knee, hip or lumbar spine pain makes your life suck?

 

All you got by now are some expensive inserts and a piece of paper with boring exercises to follow?

 

Do you believe that working with your feet can be extremely beneficial, fun, creative and exciting at the same time?

 

Maybe you never thought that it had to do with the way you walk and use your feet and legs while walking.

It might turn out that it’s not structural or muscular, but simply movement related – because of inefficient way of movement or because of an injury, you are moving in a way that is causing you pain.

 

Have you already heard, that you that you could and should learn to use your feet in a better way?

If that sounds great to you, the workshop that’s coming up in summer is just what you’re looking for!

In the workshop you will develop new ways of movement through self-development and with a creative approach of self-discovery and growth.

You will focus on yourself and explore your potential.

THIS WORKSHOP IS FOR YOU, IF YOU:

  • would love to develop your movement outside of boring, non creative mainstream exercises, but don’t know how,

  • are searching for an approach that is safe and right in line with natural ways of healing, movement creativity and movement development,

  • want to be creative and playful,

  • have chronic foot/hip or lumbar area problems... or would like to avoid them!

  • want to get back on your feet and prevent any other injury,

  • want to move easier and faster,

  • believe that problems built up over years, but they can be resolved.

 

If you think of it - everything is built above your feet. They are the foundation to all your movement and consequently to almost everything you are doing in your life.

 

Don’t you think that they deserve a lot more respect and attention than most people give them?

WHEN AND WHERE

It’ll take place online via zoom, from 21st of June till 17th of September, each Thursday from 20:00 till 21:00 with a short voluntary discussion after the lesson.
