Bring peace into Christmas time
Christmas is time that we like to spend surrounded with family and friends, in warmth of our homes and with good food. To make this time more beautiful for those who are not that lucky to experience it in the same beautiful way, I will organize a charity event.
I am welcoming you to participate in the charity campaign, by purchasing some Feldenkrais lessons. With that, you are doing something good for yourself and at the same time doing something good for people in need!
The donations will be donated to the Austrian Möwe organization, verein MAB and Slovenian Zveza prijateljev mladine Moste-Polje.
At the same time, a special theme is taking place this week that will help you calm down and relax during the Christmas season. Find more about that below! Your loved ones, family members and friends are also warmly invited to take part in the Feldenkrais lessons this week.
WHEN DOES THE CHARITY TAKE PLACE?
The charity event will take place in the form of the Feldenkrais group lessons (online via Zoom) in the week before Christmas. You can attend one of the following lessons:

SPECIAL TOPIC OF THE WEEK
In order to surrounder yourself in the Christmas atmosphere, we will concentrate on mindfulness and calming your nervous system during the charity Feldenkrais lessons.
This will help you:
Deepen and enrich your practice of Feldenkrais methods, meditation and mindfulness,
Reduce stress and anxiety,
Feel refreshed, invigorated and rejuvenated,
Become more aware of your usual movement patterns,
Relax normally tensed muscles that make your movement less flexible than you would like,
Feel an optimal balance between relaxation and activation in the body,
Bring you into a deep, calm, relaxing state,
Improve the quality of sleep.
WHAT YOU NEED FOR THE CLASS:
The lesson will take place via zoom. Therefore, it is ideal if you have a computer with adjustable camera function, but cell phone with camera function will work as well.
Space on the floor where you can lie down
A mat or blanket, that it is comfortable for you to lie on,
Warm and comfortable clothing. When you relax, you often get cold, so you can also prepare extra socks and a sweater,
A small cushion or towel that you can roll in a way to support your head comfortably, while you lie on your back or side.
